Place the Wireless Temperature Sensor wherever there’s a potential for significant, unwanted change in temperature anywhere in the home, such as the basement, wine cellar or greenhouse. When the Wireless Temperature Sensor indicates that your pre-determined upper or lower limit has been exceeded, the system will send you an alert * so you can avoid further problems.

Event Archive page in your Remote Access Account gives details of low battery warning.

The Wireless Temperature Sensor does not detect body heat, example: if a fire breaks out the Temp Sensor will detect a rise and alert you*.
