Can’t see anything at night? This is because we have left for the night. Try the following to shed some light on the situation.....

When logged into the myhome247 standalone demo, go to the 'Device Overview' section and locate the Lamp (Power Controller). Click on the round icon to the left of the screen to turn the lamp on/off. An example of what you will see is displayed below.


How do I check the Video speed (frames/second)? - To do this simply open a live camera window and once it is open, right-click on the picture feed. A black bar will appear at the bottom of the screen presenting you with video details

The Video Speed is very slow. What could be causing this? - Remember that several people may be logged into the system at the same time. This reduces the speed of the video. Another factor is your broadband connection. If you have a slow broadband connection (512Kb or less) your video stream will be slower than that of another user with a faster connection (1Mb or higher).
